Welding/Fabricating

I learned to weld during high school and have proceed to weld for all kinds of projects big and small.  I am proficient in GMAW(MIG) and GTAW(TIG) welding, and am competent with stick and torch welding.  I have also had the chance to TIG weld a number of exotic materials including: Titanium, Inconel, Copper, and Niobium. Some of my favorite past projects include:

• Welding the aluminum square tubing frame for the electric wake board winch

• Welding Refractories at my summer Co-Op with Phoenix Tailings

• Welding new cross members into my truck frame

• Some stainless steel welding of fittings onto a vacuum chamber

• stick welding the base of the anemometer tower

• Messing around with spray transfer welding of a third hand
